Kempty Falls(Approximate Duration: 1 - 2 Hours) : It situated on the hilly tracks,13 km from Mussoorie on the Chakrata Road. It is nearly 1364 meters above sea level and is surrounded by high mountain ranges.
Musoorie Lake(Approximate Duration: 1 Hour) : A newly developed picnic spot build by City Board & Mussoorie Dehradun Development Authority, is situated at 6 km before Mussoorie at Dhobi Ghat, having a facility of pedaled boats. It offers a majestic view of the Doon Valley.
Gun Hill(Approximate Duration: 2 - 3 Hours) : It is second highest peak of Mussoorie, famous for viewing picturesque Himalayan ranges and Doon Valley.

It was named after Jim Corbett who played a key role in its establishment. Garjia Temple(Approximate Duration: 1 Hour) : The temple located in the Garjiya village near Ramnagar on the outskirts of the Corbett National Park. It is a sacred Shakti shrine where Garjia Devi is the presiding deity. The temple is situated over a large rock in the Kosi River and is one of the most famous temples in Uttrakhand.

Bhimtal(Approximate Duration: 1 Hour) : It is situated at an altitude of 1370 meters above sea level and is about 22 kilometers from Nainital. The major attraction here is the Bhimtal Lake, which has an island at its center.
Sattal(Approximate Duration: 1 Hour) : It is one of the few unspoiled and unpolluted freshwater lake. It is surrounded with dense forests of oak and pine trees. These lakes are a paradise for migratory birds.
Naukuchiatal(Approximate Duration: 1 Hour) : It is a lake of nine corners. It is surrounded by hills covered in trees and shrubs. It is one of the deepest lake in Nainital. This place also offers activities like paragliding, fishing, rowing, paddling or yachting. The lake is fed by an underground perennial spring. Naukuchiatal is also famous for the 'escape festival' which happens once every year in the month of May.
