Viceregal Lodge: Viceregal Lodge, also known as Advance Study is located on the observatory hills one of the seven hills of Shimla. It was the residence of the Viceroy of India during the British Raj.
The Mall & Ridge: In evening visit The Ridge & Mall. Ridge is a large open space, located in the heart of the city. Mall is famous for shopping center & leisure walk.
|3||SHIMLA SIGHTSEEING|| In the morning embark towards the sightseeing of Naldehra, Jakhoo Temple.
Naldehra: Located in the hills at an altitude of 2200 m famous for its scenic beauty and Golf Club with a nine holes, surrounded by pine trees. It is 22 km, far from main city Shimla.
Jakhoo Temple: Located at an altitude of 2455 m. dedicated to Lord Hanuman and believed that the temple holds the footprint of Lord Hanuman. It is an ancient temple in Shimla on the Jakhoo Hill, which offers beautiful view of Shivalik Mountains.
|4||SHIMLA TO MANALI (265 km, 9-10 Hours)|| Enjoy the magnificent vistas all day while heading on for Manali , while enrouting on the way covering Sundernagar Lake, Pandoh Dam and Hanogi mata, Kullu Valley and Rafting point.
Sundernagar Lake : The Lake is situated at an elevation of 1174 Meters. It is an artificial Reservoir which is formed due to the water of the Beas River being diverted from Pandoh. The Lake is the real beauty of Sundernagar Lake.
Pandoh Dam : The dam is constructed on Beas River for generating hydroelectric power. The location is picturesque and full of lush greenery which attracts many.
Hanogi Mata temple: The temple is dedicated to Goddess Hango Mata. The location of temple is picturesque as it is positioned on the top of a small peak and is surrounded with green mountains.
Kullu Valley : The valley is famous for its beauty of majestic hills. The valley is 7 Km long and 2-4 Km wide and ends up near Rohtang Pass.
